Answer the following in 150-200 words                                                                                  10X10
1) Discuss the salient features of Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010. Do you think that this act could drive small doctors out of existence? 
2) Elimination of the inhuman practice of manual scavenging does not require a court order but    is a constitutional requirement. Elaborate.
3) Critically discuss the important provisions of PCSO Act. Do you think that the act will do good for modern Indian society?
4) Discuss the importance of bilateral social security agreements  signed by India.
5) “To reap the benefits of demographic dividend to the full, India has to provide education to its population and that too quality education. “Elaborate
6) As part of the strategy to achieve inclusive development, the government is committed to the economic and social empowerment and educational upliftment of socially disadvantaged groups and marginalized sections of society. Discuss

7) The issue of convergence of government programmes/schemes has always been talked
     about but little has been done about it. Comment.

8) “Given the geo-economic conditions coupled with its strategic location, ethnic conflicts, and
     insurgency, the north eastern region has always been an area of focus in the development                        planning of the country. ”Discuss

9) In making the development process inclusive, the challenge is to formulate policies and programmes to bridge regional, social and economic disparities in as effective and sustainable a manner as possible. Elucidate
10)The existing gap in health and education indicators of HDI  as compared to developed countries and also many of the developing countries indicates the need for much faster and wider spread  of basic health and education. Discuss in reference to India.
